The apartment is more than a simple accommodation, it is a wonderful place centrally located in the middle of the capital Argostoli, near tourist attractions, shops, taverns, etc. Practically everything is close: the Bosset Bridge, the seafront, shops, taverns, the center, the Caretta Caretta turtles. The apartment is located in an apartment building, on the second floor with elevator, which can be reached through two streets and has its own parking at the back entrance.The apartment is large and spread over two levels, with a large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished and has modern appliances for cooking and serving meals. My presentation is not enough for how much useful stuff is there. There are also two luxuriously furnished balconies, very clean, and one of them also has a barbecue. Plenty of towels, beautifully arranged and scented. In addition, the host provided us with beach towels, sunbeds and umbrella. But the big surprise was our host. Maria is a wonder, a sweet woman, cheerful, willing to help with anything, experienced in managing this business, who gave us an impeccable welcome, as if we were brothers. She showed us the parking lot and helped us bring our luggage inside. The even bigger surprise was at the entrance when we were greeted with lots of goodies - wine, beer, water, juices, chocolates, sweets, strawberries, bananas, and after a few minutes of settling into the apartment she arrived with hot pies and kefir. The stay was amazing because the apartment, although centrally located, is in a quiet area, with quiet neighbors, with everything close at hand. I can't end without reminding the fact that I didn't think there could be such a nice and obliging host. Thank you Maria for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend the host and the apartment and if I come back to Argostoli I will definitely come back to this wonderful apartment.

This is a great apartment in a very central location with the myriad of shops, cafes and restaurants, the De Bosset Bridge and the harbour all within a short walking distance. The apartment is quiet and safe and it has a parking, two delightful balconies and the building even has a lift. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have sloped ceilings so to get in and out of the bed takes a little maneuvering but we quickly got used to it. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room and a toilet. Maria, our lovely host, made our trip unforgettable! She went above and beyond of what we would normally expect from a host. She left us a really good welcome meal with a bottle of nice local wine for our arrival. She also gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit and things to do in Kefalonia. She even booked us a table in a restaurant for my birthday and arranged a birthday cake from what is known to be the best patisserie in Argostoli.

We loved everything! The apartment was delightful, and it's equipped with everything you can think of. Maria was amazing. She welcomed us on arrival, filled the fridge with all sorts of goodies & arranged lunch for us. The apt is centrally located, with a parking bay & an elevator in the apt building. I would definitely recommend her apt. Thank you again Maria. xx

There's nothing we didn't like, but I thought this is worth mentioning. The property description mentions 2 bathrooms, but there is 1 upstairs bathroom with a shower, basin & toilet. The downstairs has a toilet & basin only. But it was not a big deal as we were with family so worked out fine.

Maria the owner was exceptional..her thoughtfulness & kindness went beyond anything I have ever seen..it was my husband’s birthday so she brought a beautiful cake & candle.. there was everything & more for us to use .. You don’t want for anything as it’s all there for you .. she left a welcome meal & drinks for our arrival .. gave us fair well gifts and organised a cheaper taxi back to the airport .. she is very eager & bubbly 🤩 we would give her a higher rating if we could !! Well done Maria !! We will return for sure 👌🏻

Very clean with lots of extra touches

Location was excellent and the house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, private parking spot, two balconies, two bathrooms, super clean, fully stocked home with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you could possibly need, three ac units, and the most amazing host. Maria goes above and beyond every expectation including treats for the kids! She even got us lunch since we were late getting in from the boat! By herself she is a gem!

Maria and her husband went above and beyond for our family. We had a late plane that was delayed by an hour so by the time we found the hire car and found our way we didn’t arrive until 11:15pm. Maria had some gyros for our dinner and a beautiful desert which we really appreciated. The apartment is a short walk to the bay and the De Bosset Bridge, we saw plenty of turtles from there. Cafes along the waters edge and supermarket close by. The flat has two nice balconies. Maria has a really well equipped kitchen and everything that you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay here.
