Unico lato positivo: la posizione, in pieno centro ad Argostoli. Il "giardino" ha del potenziale ma andrebbe curato e pulito.

Esperienza al limite estremo dello spirito d'adattamento. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Incuria e mancanza di pulizia. WC privo di piatto doccia e con scarico malfunzionante (tanto da allagare l'intero appartamento). Assenza di referenti sul posto e indifferenza di fronte ai tentativi di contatto.

"Cefalonia, una bella scoperta."

Appartamento posizionato in posizione centrale, al piano terra di una normale palazzina. Le foto corrispondono e si intuisce che trattasi di ristrutturazione recente. Lati positivi: posizione, pulizia e dimensioni.

In altre situazioni all’arrivo ci aspettava l’Host per il benvenuto e magari si trovava una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo… qui no. Tutto on line ed automatico. La foto della porta d'ingresso, presente su Booking, inquadra la struttura confinante e questo può fuorviare all'arrivo. Non c’è una Moka per il caffè (ad Argostoli 1 caffè costa 2,5/3 euro), C'è il bollitore per il caffè all'americana la terrazza con accesso dalla cucina bella se presa da sola, se guardiamo il contesto un po' meno visto che guarda sul retro di altri fabbricati. Il WIFI non funzionava bene ed abbiamo chiesto intervento, da subito, per rimediare ma la situazione è rimasta irrisolta.

"Beautiful apartment and cozy feel despite to cockroaches and bad wifi"

Stunning place visually. Master room was big and had a nice vanity. The kitchen was equipped with loads of utensils. A lovely little balcony too. Aircon worked really well and bed was really comfy.

The master bedrooms bathroom had THREE cockroaches (that I saw) and also stank so the door was kept closed the whole time. The wifi also didn’t work and the reception for my data didn’t work well whilst inside. The front door didn’t open easily and stressed me out

Excellent location just 2 steps away from Lithostroto street. The appartment was really luxurious! It had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room and a small balcony in backyard. Comfortable and appropriate for a family. On top, Makis the apparment administrator was really helpful and willing to support. He gave us useful tips for food throughout our accomodation. For sure, it will be our choice for our next visit in Kefalonia.

A bit noisy, especially the sound of the motocycles was annoying sometimes.
