Está bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario y el jardín de la parte trasera que da justo al río es perfecto para estar ahí con tu mascota. En relación calidad/precio es lo mejor de la zona con diferencia y los dueños son muy amables y cercanos. Muy recomendable
