The property matched the photos quite well, you can clearly tell they weren’t taken too long ago so they showed exactly what the property looked like. This house has loads of space and plenty of amenities and facilities included

Some places in the property could do with a fresh coat of paint and the garden needed a bit of a clean up, few weeds in the garden

It was all fine. Could do with some information about recycling, general waste bins. We put the bin out on Wednesday but was missed .

Good location for travelling Northumberland with good local facilities.

Property wasn’t particularly clean, utensils dirty, fridge smelt terrible, outside bins full, previous faults on reviews had not been actioned. Photos are not up to date.

Linen, beds and furniture of good quality. Communication was excellent.Price excellent. Games and books a nice touch

What can I say - the photos are old and do not reflect the current property There is no garden🤷🏽 We could not open doors or windows and let any fresh air in and the apartment was quite warm when we arrived but after a message we found the hidden key. The pictures on Booking.com are old - the apartment is now a bit tired and needs work. There were no biscuits with tea and coffee or milk portions as shown in the pics Only 2 regular drinking glasses I scratched my calf each morning (derr) on a screw on the side of the double bed The manual showed a particular NEST heating control but after searching for it we found an EPH controller fortunately had a QR code on it to find out how to work it. The fridge was quite small for two bedroom apartment . Shelf near front door rickety Banister falling off wall at the bottom (dangerous) Straddling the bath to shower dangerous as very slippery no shower mat or safety bar Cannot adjust shower to hand held wand (broken) Bathroom floor needs regrouting (grout is missing all over the floor) Hardly worth mentioning the courtyard - full of weeds and timber furniture dirty Washing machine hard to use And took 3 hours to wash Not sure why there are 3 tv remotes. Information folder not up to date - restaurants have closed Internet fair speed but could not use Facebook reels No shoes in the lounge room 🤷🏽 Strip beds? Really??

Great location and easy to park. Really good communication from host of property. Very clean and comfortable.
