Location is excellent. Clean and spacious unit offering superb accommodation. Caretaker is super-efficient in attending to queries and matters brought to her attention.

Airflow could be improved by adding additional fans/aircons. Cleaning service is very expensive

We had a wonderful stay at Milkwood in December 2025. The apartment is genuinely beautiful and incredibly spacious—perfect for a family. We were pleasantly surprised to find that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which made everything so comfortable and easy. There’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is lovely and well set up, and the panoramic sea view is absolutely stunning. Being right on the beach was the cherry on top—we enjoyed long walks every day. A special mention to the building manager, Karin, who was an absolute gem—always so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also always ready with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit whenever we were looking for something. We can fully recommend Milkwood and really hope to be back again soon.

The locations and view were breathtaking. The 2 playfull 'bosbokkies' in the open field in front of our unit was an added bonus. Karin was amazing and very helpful. Thanks to Natt too for being extremely helpful. Loved everything about Milkwood.
