Sylvias art studio apt

It's a very nice and cozy apartment in a great location. Stayed there for a week, had no troubles, and really good time there.

The apartment was clean.

The building has a strip club downstairs and looks rundown. The stairs and walkways were dirty and poorly light at night. Water pressure in the shower and the kitchen was low. There was no bedding for the sofa. I found the decor a bit creepy.

The apartament is realy best one. It is equipped with everything necessary and also creates a unique atmosphere for staying in Ayia Napa.

Host was really kind and helpful. On the first day we couldn’t get into the apartment because door is difficult to open, so host saw us on camera infront the door and write massage how to turn the key and pull door strongly. Accommodation is fully equipped and wi-fi is also good.

However, I wouldn’t book this apartment ever again. The main reason is security, because the hallways in the apartment building are really dark and strip club is in the same building so you can see groups of men hanging out in front of it and talking really loud, which can be scary esspecially combines with dark hallways. I had to invite my friend to stat with us for a few days just to feel secure.

The room is very big, it’s comfortable and feels like home, it has everything you need, from kitchen utensils and beach equipment to sewing needle. All in all, I am very satisfied, the neighborhood is quiet even tho it’s in the city centre and Sylvia is very polite and always answered our questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!
