Chris waited for us at the apartment and gave us clear instructions on how to get there. The apartment was super clean, and is large. It is very close to everything in Aiya Napa so you don't really need a car. Chris also gave us recommendations on food places and points of interest and was very helpful throughout the stay.

The apartment is close to the night life, but all 3 rooms have air conditioning so you can sleep with a closed window and the sound won't be too much of a bother. I can't sleep when it's too noisy, and I had no issues sleeping here.
