Panthoma Casa

The flat itself is really nice, well-decorated and for the three of us, it was enough space. The host was also very welcoming and helped us to find a cab to drive us from and to the airport. Those were the reasons why I have 9 as an overall score.

The largest problem is the location. If you are not a drunk 20 years old English man, you are not in the right place. The flat is located in a building along with some other flats in the center, near the clubs. The clubs were not a problem. You may hear the music, but it was not that near to be bothered. But we were absolutely unable to sleep during our stay there because of the extremely rude other guests in the building and in the building across the street. They were yelling from one building to another, singing, throwing out near our window and parking their ATVs in the middle of the night 50 cm from our windows, making a lot of noise until 6AM in the morning. It is not, of course, the owner's fault because he cannot educate the other guests in the building, but if you want to have a relaxed holiday, I think it is better to choose another place, not Ayia Napa or at least another place more remote.

The appartement was clean and cosy, george was very very kind and helpful, he bought us missing kitchen equipment immediately

It was really in the centre of bars, so for us as a family it was a bit noisy
