Nissi 3 Amazing Sea View Apartment

- very good localization (10min by walk to Nissi beach) - quiet neighbourhood - large patio with sunbeds - excellent WiFi - smartTV (helpful due to early sunset in November) - parking spot next to apartment

- sheets and towels were a little bit dirty - some hair found on the bed - mold in the bathroom - if you leave anything on the floor then you can be sure that ants will take care of it - dirty oven inside (if you use it you will smell it) Don't get me wrong, very nice apartment but I would prefer to spend week using towels without any suspicious marks. It's not a big cost to replace towels and sheets after season.

Excelent location, spacious, helpful owner

Ayia Napa is very busy place, with its restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, there are plenty of possibilities to go out and explore the area. Accommodation is in a nice apartment complex, with shared pool. Walking distance to Nissi beach, restaurants, supermarkets is an advantage. Apartment owners were very nice and helpful, replied to any of our questions and also cared how we are doing. Apartment is large enough, with cool terrace, 2 air cons (very quiet and very much needed). Large benefit was the set of beach towels, and complementary bottles of water in the fridge. There is the opportunity to use washing machine, which is great help. There is also private parking place available, hidden in the shadow, which is real help for visitors with rented car.

Those who have light sleep, might feel discomfort from bars on Nissi beach hotels (loud music), this is the night life in Ayia Napa. It is not something the apartment owners can influence. Also, as a suggestion, I would recommend to provide more kitchen equipment (more plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, cutlery, chopping board, kitchen tools). I understood there is no waste separation in Cyprus (plastic, paper etc), so more trash bags would help (plastic bottles were creating lot of trash volume). Overall, I would recommend adjusting/increasing the volume of kitchen equipment and sanitary products (eg. toilet paper, trash bags, dishcloth etc).

A well-equipped, clean and fresh apartment. Very nice and helpfull hosts. Great localization (Close to shops: 3min, restaurants:3-5 min, nissi beach: 10 min). Large terrace. Clean swimming pool with warm water. Lift in the building. Definitely recommend it!
