The property was close to Aylsbery center and Hartwell House where we were going to a wedding. We parked without a problem on the street.

The property is not as advertised. It is definitely not a luxury house and as a few people noted, the garden in the picture is an AI image whereas the real one is just a dry grass patch. First, the street number is hard to find on Google maps and the directions aren't helpful. It took us a good 15 minutes to find it in the dark and it was several blocks away. Overall, the house needs a renovation. You could tell several things were broken like an old leak to the ceiling that was patched up but nothing was renovated to a good standard. The biggest annoyance is the macerator toilet which is so loud, you can't use it after 11. There is also lots of noise when the water is running in the shower. Lastly, rooms are not huge so with five people and one toilet, it was tight.

The house was spacious and comfortable and an easy 15 minute walk to Aylesbury town centre.

SAFETY - One of the carbon monoxide detectors was faulty and should be replaced. Bedding should not be aired off in the cupboard under the stairs as it was touching the electric fuse box and creating a fire hazard. The TV power supply wire was extended by twisting an extension cable to it. We also noticed a sheet had been shoved up the chimney! The light switch in the bathroom is very close to the shower head and could easily get wet and the bath is very high, increasing the risk of slipping when getting in and out of the bath. CLEANLINESS - although the main areas and bedding were clean, other areas like internal doors and skirting boards should be cleaned. PARKING - there is no parking available at the property but at a nearby location which wasn't easy to find in the dark and wasn't allocated so it was not always easy to find a space. This should be made clear in the property details as I would not have booked the property had I been aware of this. OTHER - The water pressure in the bathroom tap is very low and the toilet fills with hot water from the boiler. The ceiling was damaged in two rooms. It would be useful if hooks could be put up to hang towels and log-in details for streaming services such as Netflix should be provided in advance. The back garden was overgrown and not like the photo advertised.

Close to town centre

Advertised as a deluxe 3 bed house. Directions to find property poor. Was also advised i coukd get early access at 10am then told on arrival couldnt get access till 3pm! Property cleanliness poor. Exposed pipes in kitchen and toilet. Toilet linked to boiler flushes hot water and is noisy. Bath too high to get into. Shower leaked thru into kitchen downstaies where it is evident it has happened before due to dodgy patched plastering on the ceiling so we didnt feel safe use it the next day. We had to deal with a contractor who advised the owner has been informed the whole bsthroom and plumbing needed fixing before. Tv did not work the whole weekend. The pictures do not reflect the state of the property and the patio picture is clearly fake. As we had already paid for the property we had no choice but to stay as wouldnt trust getting a refund.
