Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Studio-Appartement (kleiner Esstisch, 2er Sitzgruppe mit Salontisch. Küchenzeile (wohl aus den 70ger Jahren) mit modernem 2-Platten Induktionsherd. Besteck und sonstige Ausrüstung auf das Minimum reduziert. Bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (ca 100 m).

Ein "Facelifting" würde dem Appartement gut anstehen. Relativ geringe Inhouse Schallisolation.

"Studio Casa Viva"

Grosses Studio, sehr sauber mit bequemem Bett und geräumigem Bad. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei unserem Angebot (war reduziertes Preusangebot).

Die Küchenecke ist etwas veraltet vom Stil und leider fehlt ein Backofen. Man hört die Bewohner des Nachbarstudios sehr gut da es an Schallisolierung fehlt. Für zwei Nächte machbar, für länger wäre es mir zu laut.
