"Location/view was great. Unit was disappointing."

Location was excellent. View is quite nice. Very quiet for a downtown location. Exterior is fine and retail area is new.

The halls and rental unit smell old and tired. Needs to be freshened up. The sofa was uncomfortable and floors are very very creaky. Bathroom shower area is very dark and hair dryer didn’t work. A couple of extra pillows would have been nice.
