LVLVDELocation is great - the city is small and nice, there are a few hiking routes nearby. Also, the neighbor building has the Alb Therm - nice place with swimming pools and saunas.
Maybe, it's my fault - I didn't expect that it's possible to offer the room in hotel's building but not related at all to this hotel. The hotel itself has many advantages that you will lack if you stay here. So, BE CAREFUL: this is not part of the hotel, you won't get any advantages that offered the Graf Eberhard hotel (they are a number!). I found it's also confusing for me - to put on the offer the name of the hotel located in the same building. Is it the attempt to use other's reputation to attract clients? And, finally, Booking.com doesn't help to resolve the dispute with booking of this property: on the website, sauna is listed as "facility that included my stay". The Booking.com and the owner of the property said that this facility is included only for the additional payment, that could be only observed on the Booking App but not on the website (still sauna is listed under "Your stay includes:" section along with things like "Flat-screen TV"). I had long conversation with Booking.com support and they finally didn't reply to me. I feel myself fooled by this offer and how Booking react to my request. I put the good mark to this stay only because the room itself is good. But, again, if there wasn't be the issue with filters and facilities included to my stay, that influenced on my choose of this offer, I'd stay somewhere else.

Apartment isn't same as the pictures. I was provided a duplex suit with bed on upper floor and washroom on lower . Towels were not changed one in my 3 days stay. Shower was clogged and no room cleaning service
