"It was a big mistake to stay there."

Almost nothing, .

facilities didn't respond our standards, there was no pool and spa available despite being in a list of facilities. Service was terrible, TV wasn't working ,there was no parking place mentioned in facilities list.Moreover, owner of properti didn't appear at all.
