The owner was living onsite so getting the key was easy

Coaches in the bed, under the sheets. one dinner plate and mismatched bowls, sad basic offerings

.Good location if you have transport or don't mind a 20-30 minute walk to the beach. Our room was clean.

The property seemed a little run down, probably indeed of some major renovation. There was a musty smell in the corridor.

Ratchy Condo was lovely, it was quiet the pool was usually empty and there are 3 pools so you could easily find somewhere quiet. The security guards were great and very helpful. It is close to the town and there is a 7/11 across the main road only 5min walk away. The room was cleaned every 2 days. Really nice place to base yourself as away from the main city and close to the beach which was a 15min walk. If you do want to go to a really nice beach there is a military base nearby with the most amazing beach.

The bed was very hard but I did hear Thai people like really hard beds so this is understandable. The place could do with a toilet down by the pool.
