"Well below expectations. Feel cheated as it is not service apartment and marketed as one."

It is not a service apartment. It is a crowded Airbnb with care taker using, occupying shared space and other facilities. They also over accommodate with people sleeping in shared space making it inconvenient and unsafe. It felt like a PG at times of even worse. It is definitely not good for couples.
