El tener aparcamiento.

El apartamento al llegar superó bien, pero después ves que no está muy bien limpio había piscos de polvo en dónde cubiertos y en la ducha de la habitación principal la manguera de la misma llena de moho.

La ubicacion y tener parking está muy bien

Piso un poco viejo, la cocina olia a grasa, el lavabo con moho, las sabanas no olía a limpio, aun con todo esto, el propietario es muy majo y te atiende al momento si te surge cualquier problema

"Good place to vist Bilbao"

Very nice and helpful women who gave us kyes! She helped us order taxi, because we don't speak Spanish. And borrowed city transport card. Place isn't new, but is enough if you would like to stay for one, two days around Bilbao. Walking distance to metro line, restaurants, shops etc.
