Francesca's home

Francesca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns alles sehr klar erklärt und uns sogar früher als geplant empfangen. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr ruhig. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Besonders die große Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen.

Es gibt allerdings auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Meiner Meinung nach wäre eine Renovierung sinnvoll. Die Dusche funktioniert nicht optimal, das warme Wasser braucht etwa 10 Minuten, bis es ankommt, und beim Duschen sammelt sich viel Wasser. Außerdem hatten wir leider ein Problem mit Ameisen in der Unterkunft. Die Kaffeemaschinen haben ebenfalls nicht überzeugt, da der Kaffee sehr sauer geschmeckt hat. Ich bin jedoch überzeugt, dass diese Punkte behoben werden können. Trotz der genannten Nachteile kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde insgesamt einen positiven Aufenthalt bewerten.

Francesca hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung liegt super, nur wenige Gehminuten zum See und ins Zentrum.

This is an amazing apartment, check in was so easy and Francesca is so lovely! The apartment was very clean, lots of space and has a wonderful balcony which was great. To be able to have a coffee and breakfast outside on a sunny day was perfect. It's in an excellent location for the lake and public transport. also the mattress was so so comfortable, can't wait to come back

Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nahe am Zentrum.

Veldig fin plassering - 3 min å gå til innsjøen, 4 min til sentrum. Veldig rolig område, fin terrasse, egen parkeringsplass Francesca er veldig hyggelig host, alltid tilgjengelig ved noen spørsmål

Aircondition plassert i soverommet, blåser rett i senga om natten og ikke nok for å kjøle ned stua

Its a nice, newly refurbished and clean apartment. The bed room is quite big, also the living room, dining, small pantry and balcony. The minimarket is in the compound, where you can find some fresh and dry items. Bardolino bus station (to/fm verona and to other towns) is just 50-100m away. Pier to catch ferry is also very near. Old town to eat and shop is also very near. Francesca is a nice host, easy to communicate with her before our arrival

The location is perfect, you need a couple of minutes to be in the center by foot! The apartment is big enough, everything that you need is there, we really liked the balcony, we did sport and eat on it! Francesca is very kind and gave us a very warm and nice welcome! We will definitely come back again!

The parking (in the garage) will not fit to every car (if you have a VW Bus or long car you will not be able to enter inside - this needs to be considering by booking this accommodation). Moreover if you wish to sleep long the morning, this won’t be possible because you can hear quite good the neighbor above you, waking up at 6 am and around 9 am leaving). If you plan to book this apartment for more than 2 persons, be aware that the bathroom is only reachable through the bedroom, so you will more than probably wake up the persons sleeping in the bedroom (moreover the doors are quite loud).
