Lovely apartment behind main house in quiet area with beautiful gardens. Very generous breakfast. Very delicious especially pancakes. Andrea is an awesome host and accommodated all of our needs. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet suburban spot with all the facilities you could want. The addition of breakfast is a bonus, with well stocked kitchen and all the essentials.

The steep drive would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The Bayswater location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The space was well designed, quiet, and felt very welcoming. Everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay was provided. The pancakes were really yummy, and having breakfast options available was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Immaculate apartment at the rear of the owners home. Every amenity for a relaxing stay. Very private. Gorgeous garden. Our host generously supplied lots of breakfast items, including several vegan options for the two of us.

Breakfast was excellent and generous especially the pancakes. The place was beautifully furnished and clean and comfortable.

Parking was somewhat difficult.

It was our first time in Australia and this was our first stay for two nights. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortably and cook our own meals. Breakfast items such as eggs, bread, milk and orange juice were provided, which was a really nice touch. Basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper were available, and there were even extras like vinegar and Vegemite. The garden was beautiful as well. The owners were a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and warm, and the lady owner Andrea was chatty and kind. She even offered to make us freshly cooked pancakes, but we did not want to disturb her plans so we declined. Would love to try it next time if I have the chance to visit again. They live next door but you will still feel completely private. Each room had air conditioning.

We spent three days in this apartment, and it was spot on. It was a good size, with clean, nice-looking facilities. The host was very kind and helpful. The pancakes for breakfast made us feel at home. We travelled with little children, and it was safe for them, too (no dangerous corners or stuff to pull/break).
