What you see, is what you get

The little dustbin in the bathroom was not taken out, it still had sanitary towels from previous guests 🤢 When they cleaned, someone broke the glass. I realised someone did the dishes and one glass was missing. I then saw pieces of it in the dustbin. Well I thought since it's then who broke it, I don't need to report it as they are already aware. To my surprise, I received a payment request here on booking.com after our checkout 😞 for that broken glass
