The owner was trying to be helpful

Our apartment wasn't ready at the agreed time, so the owner moved us to another smaller apartment, without a proper bed, instead we had sofa with bed function and charged us the same price.

Nothing

Bad service, not clean, no toilet paper, there wasn't enough bedding and towels for 3 people and it was dirty also.They asked us to pay for breakfast at the price of 5euro even though it said that it is included in the price. It said that it was going to be a la carte italian or continental breakfast and than they give us 4 bread rolls and kefir.First they give us an apartment and they said that breakfast will be not before 11h, and then after they said we need to leave that apartment tomorrow and go into another one.Nothing was prepared for our stay.No towels, leftovers in the fridge, dirty pillows.On the last day they remind us that we need to leave until 11h and after 5 min, at 9 45h she asked me if we can hurry to leave the apartment because they need to clean it as they have diffrent guests coming at 11h. Very dissapointed with all.

We didn't stay in the apartment. The accommodation was rented to other family.

We spoke with host the day before the arrival, that day around 1:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and announced our arrival around 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival we were informed that the apartment was not available. Host offered us an inadequate replacement 650m further from the center and we were offered a three-bed or four-bed room instead of apartment with fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. As we didn't agree, host left us with owner of the other accommodation. That owner showed us a room with a separate bedroom for one person, without a kitchen and unpleasant smell of tobacco.
