Couldn’t find the heating

Location was good both for walking to the tower and walking to the pleasure beach

Spacious apartment for a family, warm, mostly quiet. Close to the beach and shops. Great communication with hosts, seem friendly.

The apartment could do with a deep clean and a paint, a lot of the furniture could definitely be updated, especially the beds and the kitchen stools which were wobbly and looked like they could break. We bought our own kitchen sponge as didn’t know how old the other one was, only one bin bag so bought more of them too, the oven trays were filthy, fridge wasn’t clean and cupboards were dirty and unorganised. The towels and bed covers had stains on, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet seat could be replaced too. There’s no curtain or blind on the window and skylight so the room is very bright in the morning. Rubbish under the one of the beds. Fag butts everywhere outside and rubbish at the side, could definitely do with an ashtray. I think you’re cleaner could do better and maybe a little welcome pack as you walk in would be nice, some taxi numbers, take away menus etc.

The location is fantastic with a good view of the tower also which lights up in the evening.

Unfortunately we did occur problem’s however they were dealt with remotely from the BPL team which allowed us to move flats while the issues were rectified.

The apartments were a good location in the middle of the please beach and the Blackpool tower.

When we first arrived we couldnt open the key safe...no problem as handy man Rob quickly came and sorted it for us. The host called him straight away and was lovely on the phone, The apartments need updating. We stayed as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, 1 room had 2 single beds which was fine until my daughter turned the above bed lamp on and tripped all the lights in the appartment. The other room had a double bed which was fairly comfy and there was a set of bunk beds in, we had to take the matress off and put on the floor as it was very shaky and noisy. The livingroom had a small sofa you could sit 3 on...if the legs weren't broken underneath so no one could actually sit in the middle. No hot water or heating (wouldn't have expected to need this but it was quite cold while we were there) no boiler or anything we could see to turn hot water or heating on. Kitchen had everything you would need for a couple of days away, table with 4 chairs sitting by the window with broken blinds that you could not open fully. A breakfast bar with 2 stools that felt like it could collapse at anytime. Not somewhere I would stay again with my kids. We actually decided to stay in Blackpool another night but booked somewhere else.
