It was a handy wee flat next to viva

We did a have fly problem and there was a strong smell of weed coming from down stairs

we liked everything at the blackpool Tower apartments clean, comfortable, very close to everything we wanted to see. we attended an event at the Tower ballroom for the whole weekend it was brilliant the accommodation made it even more special, thank you so much, we have already recommended your apartments to friends and would definitely come again.

Great location. Had everything we needed.

Bathroom window didnt close properly, so slight draft coming through.

The location was excellent near piers, town centre, train station, restaurants etc. Liked that it was accommodation that I could eat in if I wished. Staff were friendly and contactable when needed.

The apartment was in a run-down part of town but was okay to walk to as near the sea front. The staff kept in contact and were easy to reach one night when the digital front door code failed, and the maintenance man had to come and break the door down. I didn't like this door digital code lock from the start. A key would have been better. Once inside, the box code and front door numbers weren't very visible or non-existent. I had to guess that I had the right key for the right flat. The apartment was big inside, but no working tv control at all in the bedroom and clock in living room wasn't working until I went out and brought a battery. All the inside doors were fire doors, making them heavy to keep opening, walking from room to room. No wonder the middle flat gets to hear all the slaming of doors above in flat 3. In the end, my spare chairs got used as door stops. The kitchen was well stocked of tools and plates, saucepans, etc The photos of the red cushions and covers are of the apartments 1 and 2. The top floor apartment No 3 had brown cushions and covers that made a big difference in brightness and a warm feel, which I was expecting. This apartment could be nicer with a few changes and touches. Overall, it was cheap and cheerful, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Location was great and very close to seafront and tower.

Area behind was being used as an addicts den.

Location good, access and comfort not great

Not being informed of the amounts of steps to the apartment, also sofa for two people only.
