Granada Apartments at Pleasure Beach

Close to seafront, it was mainly clean, provided everything needed in kitchen, good size tv and the self check in, soap was nice.

Heating had been turned off by boiler which they should of known they had done but instead on a very cold night was told it should be working. After a second phone call on 2nd day someone came out to sort it then it was lovely and warm. Ive never seen such a creased sheet. Which made it feel like sandpaper to sleep on. Was only 1 pillow each but on request for second day we got 2 extra which made a difference. Under settee was very dirty ( had to move to get to radiator). Reception area extremely dusty and blinds. There was 2 shower heads but only the small one worked. Found long black hair on pillow when arrived. A funny egg smell came from sink after washing up. During travelling there i was stung with needed a £200 desposit which was nowhere when booking. Luckily had that money because if didnt we would of lost our place to stay plus money we paid for room has was non refundable

Dirty, even after being re-cleaned! Very cold even with heating on max. Old tired facilities. Very noisy whilst not the fault of the complex combined with ancient, lumpy, dirty mattress we left as soon as we could with our child.

Very clean, got everything you need. Very close to Pleasure beach and Sanscastle Waterpark.

Electronic entry so didnt have to worry about keys,the shower was exceptional,clean and tidy nice lay out everything we needed

Heating was a bit of an issue but promptly sorted,very quick at coming to sort it

Very clean tidy and such a lovely place to stay me and my partner and daughter had a nice comfortable stay

Nothing not one problem at all perfect in everyway

Near the pleasure beach, waterpark, shops and pier.
