Granada Apartments Derby Road

Location perfect. Very clean apartment. Well equiped, could do with a frying pan. Free parking on site and on the road.

Othe guests smoking outside their appartment. Below our bedroom window, every morning for several hours and at night meaning that despite the warn weather we couldn't open the bedroom window because of the smell and the smoke.(concerned about the smoke detector in bedroom). Maybe insist on no smoking anywhere on the property, including the back yard.

Communication with staff was excellent and responsive, the owner even popped up to say hello and offered ice-cream which was my childrens best part haha, was easy to find and park

Walking distance to the main attractions plus tram or bus close by. The apartment was very roomy

The area was pretty noisy

We had to take the garbage out.

We stayed in Flat 5 and found it with enough space for 4 adults and 2 children under 5. We didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out for the couple of days we were there, but looking through there was plenty of crockery/cups/glasses and everything was very clean. There was a tv in both bedrooms and the living/dining area, and the WiFi was great throughout. We would definitely stay here again. The contact we had via email with the owners was spot on and very helpful.

The only thing we would comment on is that the rainfall shower head could do with renewing as the water came out in all directions and some of the outlets from it didn’t work.
