Location, apartment has everything you need. TVs in every room and quiet street at night. A really nicely fitted and furnished apartment.

Temperature got hot in the day without any heating on. Front door when closes sends a huge bang throughout the property so late party goers wake you up.

"A disappointing weekend had by all"

It was clean it had parking It was basic but had what we needed Bathroom was nice

The noice Hard wood floors with no insulation We have heard a family pacing around all night with young children The the morning at 8 heavy building work started next door The cleaner even commented on how noisy it was it sounded like heavy bags dragged up and down stairs for 7 hours When we asked to move they offered a refund but not for 7 days Instructed booking com to cancel and then asked us to leave at 3 on Goodfriday

Beautiful clean apartment and all very modern with everything you could need. Staff were very helpful and took the time to listen to feedback. We only had 1 issue in the whole stay and it was handled very well. We would definitely return here again, the kids were very happy here and the sea view is beautiful. Would 100% recommend as we have stayed in quite a few places in Blackpool that we wouldn't return to, but we were very happy here and it is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

Location, furnishings, Cleanliness, good communication from host.

Window in bedroom near front door did not open -room was hot . Fan did not help cool it.
