Granada Apartments Derby Road

I liked the location. Very convenient

The amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage. The floor was chipped and our socks kept catching on it. The sink in the bathroom is very clogged and water would not drain no matter what we did.

Great location

Property was clean and functional. Perfect for what we wanted to do. Big tv’s in all of the rooms. Everything was there for what we needed. The shower was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. Was 30 seconds from the tram stop.

Nothing not to like. Good value for money

no hairdryer as stated nappy in the bathroom bin cleaner entered apartment without knocking

Clean and well equipped. Great location, close to the tram stop and the beach. Free Parking available. Supermarket and takeaways close by. Bedrooms and bathroom clean and modern.

Living area too small for our family of 5. Padding on the dining chairs had little support, and were uncomfortable. Although the kitchen was well equipped there was no space for storage of food. Noisy on the upper floors. Too warm, was unable to adjust the heat.

The apartment was conveniently located with parking and an electric car charge point. All was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived amd though our apartment was compact the beds were comfy and the living space was well equipped. Staff responded quickly, replacing the battery in the wall clock when advised (not essential but helpful!)
