Spotless and more than big enough for us all

It was bright, clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Perfect location and the facilities were great.

The sofa bed isn’t the comfiest, I think maybe if a mattress topper or something was provided it might give a better nights sleep.

Everything!! Lovely clean and modern apartment with extra special touches in every room. The apartment had everything we needed, and more, for the duration of our stay. Tea, coffee and milk is provided upon arrival. The location is great. 15 minute slow walk to Central Pier and only 5 mins from Winter Gardens and the shopping centre. Dava is a lovely host and even gave us a free early check-in. All in all it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Thank you! We will be back! 😊

Car parking at the rear for apartments 11 to 14 needs to be explained better either in the parking email, a notice on site, or the spaces need to be defined visually like they are at the front. I was blocked in on day 1 because another car parked right beside me instead of on the opposite wall. Fortunately I didn’t need to use my car but hubby had to knock on doors to find out whose car it was to ask them to move it for our morning of departure. This could have been avoided with clearer instructions prior to arrival.
