BlackBird Luxury Accommodation Room 6

Communication with host was great. Really prompt and friendly with responses. Nice and easy instructions and easy to find accommodation with decent parking. Room 6 was the first room on the ground floor so nice and easy with the babies. Even being by the front door, we were not disturbed. The accomdation was clean and the decor was nice. Had everything we needed and a quick walk to the strip. I think what I liked most is that Holly checked in to make sure everything was okay after our first night. Not a big thing I know. But goes a long way, and I was made to feel that nothing was a big ask even from early on prior to our booking. Customer service for me is the most important thing, and even if we weren't happy with certain things. I wouldn't of minded so much. I think they've done a great job with their accomodations they have to offer.

If I had to say there was something. I couldn't get the sofa bed to lay completely flat. So having a ledge in the middle was a bit uncomfortable. But it could of just been human error in setting it up.
