the location was perfect, clean property, perfect size for a family trip, not a bad word to say, we had a slight problem with the boiler within 15 minute of originally speaking to the host the boiler was up and working again honestly not a bad word to say

The location

We booked an apartment for 4, there wasn’t bedsheets and towels for 2 persons . The apartment wasn’t clean .

Good location and amenities. Lovely host too.

Entrance passage decor need touching up and carpet renewed. The Tv need antenna and the rooms can do with extra power extension cables.

the kitchen, and it was in blackpool, man we got keys from was lovely.

facilities not great. wooden utensils, nothing to drain water with pots, only 2 shelf in fridge, no but for the milk etc, no oven gloves, no dish drainer, bathroom shower looked on last legs, apartment smelt funny, sofa bed looked like had tonnes off pee/stain on it. def wasnt a double, struggled to fit a child on it, towels were dirty and hard with marks, floor was uneasy and different levels, missing fire, needs a lot of work done to it still, apartment for 4, but table for 2. man who we got keys from was amazing, dirty dishes left, left over tokens from arcades left in bathroom, squeaky bed, had to spend money on cleaning stuff and candles, smell in the close was awful, 6 hangers in the wardrobe, for a long weekend family off 4? blankets provided for the sofa beds were solid and minging, def need a new cleaner for apartment. small things like no hoover, dish towels.. plugs hanging out the wall. pictures def look 100% better than the property itself. thought staying in a bnb would work out cheaper so didn’t eat out 3x a day but ended up only cooking once in the apartment after doing a food shop on way down so actually cost more money. if more money was spent on the ‘wee’ things would of maybe been a better stay.

Kitchen was nicest room,

the apartment floors are so uneven/wonky it feels like your walking through a fun house. this affects the main bed badly leaning to one side. The sofa beds no linen provided and so stained with piss/ over things it’s actually disgusting. only thing provided was a pillow for each one. The entrance area is disgusting the absolute putrid smell of damp is disgusting, the bathroom is the same. kitchen -fridge is on last legs was warm when we arrived, reset the compressor and it chilled ok, but it needs replacing. -not enough cutlery for the 4 people its supposed to accommodate - no oven gloves provided yet you provide an oven ? lounge - fire place is dangerously blocked off leaving a large gap between the floor and sheet metal cover above, the property is also under official investigation from Blackpool Council as countless unopened letters in the postbox reveal.

Absolutely nothing!!

Where to start..... With the apartment door, at the bottom the gap must be 8-10cm?? Windows that dirty, you can barely see out of them. Crumbs on chairs tables although apparently the cleaner was in before we arrived. The bathroom was absolutely vile! The smell (mainly from damp) was enough to put the kids off using it at all!! 1st stop was tesco for cleaning products... Lifted blankets back to lie sofa bed down and the stains were horrendous. All pipes from boiler in kitchen on show not even covered never mind boxed in. The main electrical switch on the wall to turn the cooker on is hanging off on 1 side about 5cm from the wall... Absolute filthy. I have no doubt at all that all positive previous reviews have been fake.!! Waste of our hard earned holiday money and an absolute fail of a holiday for our Kids. Also the area is deplorable. 1st and last ever visit to Blackpool. Overpriced, dirty, run down, and in desperate need of a full refurb!
