Very clean room. Ideal for a small family with a new born baby and need the facility to mix baby formula and sterilise bottles. The staff was very friendly.

Could of done with a little more storage for clothes. But not a big deal.

The location is a walk away from all Blackpool has to offer but at the same time far enough away not to be disturbed by the amenities of the seafront. I would definitely stay again.

My youngest grandchild slipped in the shower, an anti slip mat would be helpful. Also she noticed the plug sockets that were at a low level and seemed quite drawn to them on the first day, safety covers are needed for safety reasons. I cannot fault anything else and these things are easily remedied.

Very cosy and fresh apartment. Superb clean and have everything you need to make yourself comfortable. Netflix, Wi-Fi kitchen with full stuff ready for cooking, security of the building it is in very high standard. Very happy with as stay. High recommended Just 3 minutes from the Tower and beach-fantastic.

Very good property in a central location and a good price. Communication great from staff. Property finished to a very high standard, clean, good amenities etc.

Unfortunately there was an incident with some young people staying in another apartment whilst we were there, supposed to me 2 people in the apartment but they had invited a load of friends round for a party and making a lot of noise . After sending a quick message to the manager he acted quickly and told them to leave. Unfortunately they kept on making noise and the manager then had to come to the building at about 11pm and kick them out. They did eventually leave. This did spoil our first night, but the management handled the situation very well. The apartments are clearly not a place for parties, they are a agreat venue for families so i would not be put of staying again by this incident as this could have happened anywhere.
