We absolutely loved everything about Rajhat Maranao House!! From the location, which is close to everything you could want, the temples, shopping, great food and so much more! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, helpful and understanding as we are learning the ways and customs.. The House was very very clean, warm and inviting, the bed was extra comfortable as we slept so good! The water was hot and amazing water pressure! And they made us delicious food!! Over all we will definitely be back and just loved our stay!! The owner is shines in kindness, compassion and service, he helped us in so many ways! Thank you for everything!!!

Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the Mahabodhi temple. Clean and functional room and bathroom. Extremely kind and accommodating host. Overall, a fantastic place to stay at!

As a backpacker, I travel to India in winter this time and RAJHAT MARANAO House has very stable warm water for shower, which is so much appreciated. Besides, the room is spacious enough for one and very clean with everything I need. What’s more, the meals served are home-made and very well organized and balanced, which is very good for health and satisfactory. Mostly importantly, the host is very decent and hospitable with very nice English capacity and being very helpful when I ask for support. I feel like home for my stay here with 2 nights. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Bodh Gaya.

It’s a small hotel but close to the main temple. The room is just renovated and pretty new. The service is top notch. I feel like home there.

The water needs time to be heated.

Nice hotel, located very close to the Mahabodhi temple. The staff are very welcoming, accommodating and friendly, the room was clean and warm and there was hot water in the shower - much needed during the colder time of the year. Bonus the playful cats that also live here! Everything about my stay here was perfect, and would choose the same hotel if I return to Bodh Gaya.

The location is perfect. It’s on one side of the mahabodhi temple and there’s a direct path behind the temple without the craziness of the Main Street. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the temple. Plenty of places to eat around and you can get tuktuks right outside the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They even helped me book a reliable taxi back to the airport. They always made sure I was comfortable and were willing to help with anything. Highly recommended!!!
