"Volto para o condomínio mas nunca para o mesmo apartamento!"

O condomínio boulevard é maravilhoso!

Eletrodomésticos todos velhos ( geladeira, micro ondas e etc ) a televisão não funciona direito … Banheiros nojentos que volta cheiro do ralo, um deles em mal estado…. foi impossível tomar um banho sem molhar o banheiro inteiro por que o box não fecha!!!!

Un lugar espectacular. Ubicacion ideal. A media cuadra de la playa. En pleno centro. Con todos los negocios a menos de 2 cuadras. El edificio FABULOSO con cocheras, piletas, yacuzzi, gimnasio. Seguridad 24hs con ingreso por reconocimiento facial y personal 24hs. Limpiaban los pasillos y entradas todo el tiempo. El personal super amables y dispuestos a todo lo que necesitabamos. Los departamentos con todas las comodidades. Con aires acondicionados en todos los dormitorios y comedor. Balcón con parrillero. Y lavadero. La inmobiliaria muy atentos también. Super recomendable. Un lugar ideal fabuloso.

"Otimo condominio! Péssimo apartamento."

Localização, piscina do condomínio , tamanho do apartamento e limpeza

Esse condomínio já fiquei diversas vezes. Ele é ótimo!! Simplesmente dos melhores de Bombinhas. Mas esse apartamento fica na pior localização do prédio. As 7h não se consegue mais dormir. Fica de frente para uma rua super movimentada. CUIDADO AO ESCOLHER A UNIDADE. De preferência pelos apartamentos que não tem frente para a rua !!! #ficaadica
