schlechte Sauberkeit zu tiefe Decke 2,10m ohne richtige Fenster kaum Platz für autos Gefühl wie ein bunker

Da localização, perto da praia e dos comércios em geral.

Internet muito ruim ,o cheiro de esgoto q tem lá fora ,q é só fazer a seleção da tampa

A localização é excelente, pois fica próximo de restaurantes, lojas e farmácias, ao mesmo tempo que fica a uns 30m da beira da praia. Cozinha completa com todos os principais utensílios.

Há um mau cheiro constante na entrada do residencial, precisa ser resolvido. Colchão da cama de casal do quarto anexo está com problema na estrutura de molas. Banheiro com box de chuveiro antes do vaso sanitário é fora dos padrões, merecia ser resolvido.
