A localização

A limpeza, coisas quebradas, cobrança de taxas abusivas, pois mesmo cobrando taxa de limpeza claramente o apartamento não está limpo para receber alguém na acomodação. Além de ter regras de que se não deixarmos o lugar limpo seria cobrado taxa de 300,00 reais.
