Localização muito próximo ao mar e comércios. Apartamento amplo. Funcionários atenciosos e esforçados.

Colchão de casal do quarto dos fundos vencido irregular. Porta da sacada da sala faz muito barulho com o vento, necessitando troca de corrediças. Pelo preço deveria ser mais aconchegante e confortável.
