Polrunny Farm Sloe Cottage with a sea view

We wanted a chill out space where we could cook properly away from the busy-ness of real life. It ticked every box for that, a really lovely cottage conversion. I still had to do some work (self employed!) and the wifi was perfect - though no phone signal at all for either of us, not unusual in rural parts of Cornwall. Definitely need a car! Which is clear in the listing and also when checking on google maps before arrival. Just a heads up that a 'proper' supermarket is around 25-30 minutes drive away, though plenty of mini-markets much closer than that. We'd definitely return.

The cottage was so well equipped. It had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The cream tea and milk that was left for us by the owners was a greatly welcomed touch. Bed was amazingly comfortable.

There was a few cobwebs but that's to be expected in the country.

There is nothing not to like!

Ticked my three most important criteria of good bed, clean and warm, but this cottage excelled with so many more features and great style. A lovely stay, wish it was longer.

Amazing place to stay. The cottages are fantastic - everything you need. Wonderful hosts. We'd love to visit again.

Warm welcome, cream tea & milk in the fridge was very much appreciated. Very friendly & helpful service. Exceptional facilities, really clean and comfortable and with a super sea view. Would highly recommend

Everything was amazing, the view was stunning, the room was in immaculate condition, extremely clean and very spacious. Highly recommended.
