Brilliant location as we attended a wedding in Woodley.

Perfect for 2 people not 3..we were quite tight for space.

No breakfast. Everything was as described and worked.

It was clean and tidy.

The noise at night sounded like a tank filling above the kitchen ceiling was awful and extremely loud. We didn’t sleep much on Friday and Saturday night. The kitchen utensils were outdated, especially the frying pan. Worse of all the outside lighting was switched off, it was hard walking on the slabs which are too far apart and trying to open the key lock in the dark was nigh on impossible and took us ages to actually get back into the property that night. The concrete steps entering the property are far too high up too to step on.

Very clean. Owners have tried really hard to make a small place as user friendly as possible. Some really nice touches. Good communication but without bothering you during your stay. Very quiet place to stay.

Sofa bed was quite hard and uncomfortable

The room was comfy the bed was comfortable.

The location was not good for us. No clean towels in 4 days. Parking was limited.

As a couple with knee arthritis we found it difficult as there is a large step down to the entrance maybee a small ramp would be advisable also loose paving slabs around the property

No wi-fi on arrival, so unable to use tv, sonos, or connect phones. Wi-fi issues eventually sorted by host.
