Panfield House

The property was well finished and spotlessly clean. Within the kitchen were all manner of useful things and lovely touches like fresh milk, eggs and fruit. The hosts were lovely and welcoming.

Stunning property. So clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Ursula and Barry were very welcoming and left eggs, milk bread etc. So thoughtful.

Excellent range of breakfast items provided. Superb location - very short walk to centre of Braintree. Off street parking included. Very nice hosts. Overall, a superbly presented, stand alone cottage.

We were aware prior to arrival that the bedroom is upstairs on mezzanine level, with bathroom at ground level. Not a major issue for us though may not suit all.

The house is fantastic, well-designed, clean , and it had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the centre of town.

Beautifully finished cottage with all mod cons, right on the edge of town, and with private off street parking. Ursula was a very friendly and helpful host.

The hosts Ursula and Barry couldn't have done more, we were given a introductory explanation of the facilities, there was some basics like milk, eggs, butter provided. They went over and above what you would expect.

Lovely accommodation, there was water, bread, eggs, milk and butter already bought for us so we didn't have to run around. Very comfortable bed. Ursula thought of everything for us

Both hosts were fantastic, so friendly and honestly thought of everything! From food in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom, wireless charging to remote controlled blinds, there is nothing they hadn’t thought of!
