No hot water, toilet leaking

I loved the location, relatively easy parking and a very walkable distance to town.

The toilet had issues. It was leaking so everytime you’d flush, it would leak which was never pleasant so a mop always had to be on hand. I notified the landlord so it probably should not be an issue for the next person 😅.

Had all the essentials for cooking and it was a great place to chill out after work

The other people in the block of flats where a bit rude and parking was hard

Most of flat was fine

Toilet not fixed to the floor, but run down in general

Was food left all in the cupboard, some was out of date Plates not washed up properly from previous people

I thought I should write about my stay at No45 the court. Firstly the apartment needs a good clean, the lounge window is dirty, spider webs around the kitchen window also its are dirty all the rest of the windows and frames are dirty when you open them. Kitchen sink tap is loose, the toilet is continually running water, there is a strange smell in the bathroom like damp. The shower head mounting is coming away from the wall I tried to sort it better for me to shower by incerting a screw under it. so it was'nt pointing straight down over the taps. You ask about keeping noise down what about one other flat drilling into walls then hammering using a powered screw driver way after 10pm saturday night and again sunday morning. Thanks
