Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig aber dennoch zentral, Vermieter waren auch sehr freundlich. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ofen und genug Töpfe, Pfannen sind vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was mich aber nur zu einer Bewertung von 6 bewegt, ist das Badezimmer. Neben kaputten Fliesen, war Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche.
