Die Lage ist perfekt

Das einchecken hat gedauert weil der Schlüssel nicht da war. Wohnung könnte mal renoviert werden.

Gute Lage

Schlechte Ausstattung, nur Deckenlicht, ungemütlich. Kein Toaster trotz Beschreibung, Esstischstühle mussten angefragt werden, kein Toilettenpapier, kein Schwamm/Tuch für d Spüle zum Geschirrwaschen. Sehr weiche Betten.

"Außer der Lage nicht zu empfehlen..."

Sehr gute Lage, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen und zum Glück sauberen Betten.

Die Wohnung ist total abgewohnt. Überall kaputte Stellen an den Wänden und Türbögen, viele fehlende Glühbirnen und Abdeckungen für Lichtschalter, dreckige Böden und Backofen, keine Fußbodenleisten, Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Schranktür vom Küchenschrank ließ sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen (haben wir machen lassen und dann offen gelassen). Auch fehlt es eindeutig an ganz normaler Grundausstattung, zb Spülmittel, Handseife, Salz, kleine Messer zum schneiden, Besen gerade im Winter, Nachttischlampen etc. Laut Buchung und Bildern sollte es ein ganz anderes Apartment sein, ob dies besser gewesen wäre, können wir nicht beurteilen.
