Collection at reception desk. The staff was not there at check out. Probably because it was still early in the morning (8.30 am). Had to wait for over 20 minutes just to return key and get deposit back.
The house went blackout more than 10 times in the late evening. I had complained to the staff to change room but they said that it's normal due to rain. A staff did come to check power in the house, but only came 1 HOUR AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT!! Totally unacceptable. Also, no stove available on-site
