It was very spacious, open concept, dining room had been turned into space for 2 queen beds. Great position to watch sunrise from the bed. Close to Kea farm

"Clearly unsafe balcony roof, questionable cleaning, but good inside facilities."

Privacy, balcony has good view, kitchen is full set.

We arrived at 3pm - apartment were not cleaned, and cleaners arrived after check in time, in the end cleaned not properly anyway - not smth you would be expecting after long trip. Secondly - balcony rooftoop is not safe - I think 6 out 10 beams detached from wall, hanging on remaining 4. You can see visible crack in the middle. Owner was notified, but I haven't had any reply on the matter, which renders him not interested in safety of tenants.
