cleanliness: cleanliness at toilet and washing machine area to be improved. Slipper: should provide few pair of slipper cause the floor is always cold. Location: no nearby food within walking distance. More suitable for those come with car.

We booked this apartment for a three-night stay, (based of photos & booking.com reviews of 8.8 Fabulous) and it certainly left us wanting. Having experienced various apartments in KL, Europe, Thailand, and beyond, our expectations for cleanliness and comfort were not met. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong, musty smell that hinted at the apartment's age and build quality. Unfortunately, it then became evident that basic cleaning and hygiene standards had not been upheld prior to our stay. The toilets displayed unsightly urine stains, both under the seat cover and around the base of the bowls. The kitchen was similarly disappointing, with dirty cutlery bearing remnants of previous use. Lack of a microwave along with a rather grimy wok pan, left us feeling ill-equipped for meal preparation. The sleeping experience is on uncomfortably firm beds and noisy surroundings throughout the night and early mornings. The location of the pool posed another concern, as the outside hallway leading to and from the lifts became very wet & slippery. Some unsafe electrical items, including iron and power board. The lounge suites were broken. Regrettably, we did not feel that we received good value for our money given these circumstances. Our discomfort and lack of sleep prompted us to make a difficult decision to check out after just one night, with two nights left unoccupied. While the host did offer an alternative room or apartment, we were already on the move, acknowledge, that is our loss as we checked out early. No refund offers for the unused nights or splitting one night each. We sincerely hope that the host addresses these pressing issues to enhance the experiences of future guests. The entire apartment would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.
