I made the booking through your website, as it would be difficult to secure a refund if the reservation was made directly with the owner. However, I’ve not stayed at the room/apartment (Crown Imperial Court Cameron Highland-Unit 308). This is due to an uncomfortable interaction with the owner while I was trying to clarify the RM200 deposit payment via bank transfer. I politely asked for more details (such as the exact room and floor number) to ensure the legitimacy of the request and avoid any potential misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the owner responded in a manner that felt rude and repeatedly questioned my statement in a confrontational tone, which made me uncomfortable to proceed with the stay.

"Very poor and not recommended this apartment"

Nothing and disappointed

many broken household appliances. broken doors. no toiletries at all. no towels for 3 rooms. must pay rm200 before check in (damage deposit). end up the apartment itself has a lot of damage already. once checked in, I did a preliminary inspection. it turned out that there was a lot of damage. the owner seems to be able to deceive customers. seriously i do not recommend this apartment and regret it
