MYit's just beside pasar malam, so if you come on weekends or public holidays then no need to worry about food. Pasar malam still open at 10pm.. Other than that, there's 2 popular steamboat just below so that is a big plus for me. A lot of pillows and mattress so suitable for 4 people and above.
Location is in the middle so either way need to travel quite a distance to both.. Parking quite difficult especially if you have car. I went by motorbike so easier parking, just in front of lobby
