Všetko bolo super, apartmán bol skutočne veľký so širokým vybavením. Dobrá lokalita, parkovanie a veľký bazén bol najväčší plus na celom ubytovaní.

Leider insgesamt enttäuschend – keine Privatsphäre und fragwürdige Ausstattung Dem Haus und damit jeder einzelnen Unterkunft fehlt es vollständig an Privatsphäre. Der Hausverwalter wohnt selbst im Gebäude, was zu einer ständigen Beobachtung führt. Zusätzlich hielt sich auch seine Familie manchmal am Pool und rund um das Haus auf – man bucht hier also faktisch Urlaub gemeinsam mit dem Eigentümer-Verwalter. Die Ausstattung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Über den Ledersofas war beispielsweise ein Spannbettlaken gespannt, wie man es sonst nur von Doppelbetten kennt – optisch und hygienisch fragwürdig. Die Betten quietschen bei jeder Bewegung, was erholsamen Schlaf nahezu unmöglich macht. Im Bad fehlen Vorhänge oder Sichtschutz, sodass man vom Pool aus freie Sicht auf die Dusche hat – absolut inakzeptabel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die Sauberkeit und Hygiene des Pools. Allerdings ist auch hier Vorsicht geboten: Die Tiefe beträgt an der tiefsten Stelle rund 1,60 m, was für Kinder ungeeignet ist. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn man den europäischen Standard für Urlaube über Airbnb oder Booking.com als Maßstab nimmt.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

+ the host was very kind, friendly and helpful, he would give ice cream to our children - they loved him + swimming pool area was very clean, water was super clear + property is surrounded by trees and flowers + ground floor apartment has direct access to the swimming pool area - very convenient with kids + spacious apartment with well maintained, silent AC + just a few minutes walk to the sea and restaurants (pizzeria Delfin was our favorite), yet remote enough to be private and quiet + the location is great for short trips (up to aprox 30-40 minutes by car) to many nice places

The 1-bed bedroom is accessed from the kitchen and is too small to be considered a bedroom in my opinion. Had we known before the booking, we would have chosen a different house due to size of the family, but if we're six people, we would definitely come again. It turned there was a mould problem and the room could not be used. The owner offered a studio adjacent to the apartment as a replacement free of charge and the discount. Thank you for rectifying the situation.

That was amazing and very cool! Huge apartment, everything is present in it, private pool, 5 min to the sea (the sea is one of the best). Managers are awesome. Can recommend it for sure!
