Retreat Luxury Apartment Near Presidential Palace

We book the location for 4 persons but when we arrived the only bed prepared for sleep was in the bedroom. In the living room where was a sofa there were no pillows and something to cover. The bed sheets were on a stand for drying in the middle of the room. No hand soap in the bathroom. We know that when we rent an apartment we will not have all the facilities as to a hotel but hand soap is something that you should find in every bathroom.

Everything was clean and the location is good

Location was good for us as we needed to be the nearest possible of certain area and also nice apartment if the utilies and facilities were as described!

We were family of four,we had 1 towel each for all our stay.There was a load in the washing machine running as we entered the apartment, Felt very like I was at home as I had to wash the towels!!without any success as we couldn't open the door of the washing machine!! Not even enough plates and cups for 4 and by the way if you like to have a cereal in the morning take your own bowls or by disposable:( dirty balcony, utilities not even 1 third of what is listed....

It was a few minutes walk from Grozavesti metro so you can easily get to anything on the metro. The host always got back to us quickly and provided the things we asked for.

The mattress was upside down (but we didn't know on the first night) and too uncomfortable to sleep on until we turned it over on the second night. It said "fully equipped kitchen" but you can see what we had after asking for: a knife for bread, veg and meat; a frying pan; cups; glasses; a plug in light; washing machine powder. We didn't get the apartment pictured but something very similar guess there are several in those blocks.

Apartment new clean and good location

We reserved for 4 persons. It was for 3. Only 2 pillows, no towels for 4 persons, no toilet paper extra, the gas mashine mulfunctioned and we had no hot water for 3 days. No shutters at windows, or DARK curtains, so in the morning the sun is right at you face. You cannot sleep

Overall a very bad experience, never met a check-in time so late (18:00). We were granted an earlier check-in (15:00) but the apartment was not clean at all. - Poor communication with the host also. - The digital door key was shared via Whatsapp where there were more numbers added besides us and the host. We ended up leaving the apartment next day in the morning (on 2 days stay), no reply from the host since.

A very clean apartment in a very good location.

Lovely communication from the hosts, we were allowed to be checked in earlier than expected, which was a high bonus. We recommend it and surely will come again!
