Well presented and in good location

All was fine

Inside the apartment was very good and also quite modern

Bit of a walk to the centre,but it wasn't a problem for me

Basically equiped for a short stay. Bonus amenities (shampoo, soap, etc). Coffee machine and coffee/tea/sugar provided, and also a bottle of water and a champagne! Very kind host. Proximity to bus station. Overall quiet place.

I missed a kitchen roll or kitchen towel. Also, lighting in the bedroom is tricky as there is no switch next to the bed. Some spiderwebs here and there...should invest in a fresh-up 😊

Location is perfect.

The only thing you need to take on count before booking this flat is that there is NO HOT WATER in the flat. It just doesn't exist. I visited the flat at December 2022 and it's extremly hard to accept that you CAN'T to have a hot shower coming back home at evening, or CAN'T shave yourself when you need to. The problem was enlighted many times in the reviews but the owner did nothing. I asked him 2 times to do something with this, nothing was done. He sais you need to flush it first for 10-15 min. Beleive me I flushed it for 1 hour - nothing changed. To my mind it is unacceptable in 21-st century to pay for a flat without basic things as hot water. You know that there is a problem in your flat, a big one actually, why can not you buy a water heater and get it solved for ever ? Sounds that easy to do. Why not to change an air conditioner that was installed there when Stalin was born ?

the owner‘s answers were fast and I could find the apartment fast, entrance was quick. the apartment was warm and the bed cosy.

the building was a bit noisy, mostly from the neighbours. the warm water needed 10 mins to come.
